I&#039;ve been eating five to six small meals for some time, and have really liked it. It&#039;s really kept me from feeling like I was starving. 

Though, you found the same thing that I did, when you do something like a show that disrupts your day. Argh! I did have to anticipate these types of things and pack some things to take along. Even some snacks like nuts and dates I find helpful.
